Come join us for a fun filled day creating your own circle quilt. The design looks complicated, however, the technique is simple. In this day long workshop you will be making a stunning table runner or if you are ambitious, you will be well on your way to a full size bed quilt.

Workshop presenter : Diana Thompson ( read her Artist’s statement below)

The purpose of my quilts is to make beautiful pieces providing a means of expression representing my
deepest feelings, life experiences and journeys that will bring joy to all of those that view them. They’re
full of discoveries and paths that I have created for you to discover on your journey as a viewer.
I am a multiple award winning quilter and fabric artist, specializing in the contemporary-traditional
styles. I enjoy teaching and lecturing on my passion and have been creating with fabric for over twenty
five years. I started with traditional patterns, and here I am today…retired on Georgian Bay. I spend much
of my time being inspired by the majestic views, fine wine and good friends.
